Option 20: all other answers, if you can't come up with three.

Trump, George W Bush, Hoover. Third worst was a close call between Nixon/Reagan/Hoover, but went with Hoover in the end. 45 and 43 were clearly the two worst though.

1. Hoover (His policies turned a banking panic into the worst depression in our nation's history, was one of the 4 worst presidents on Civil Rights post civil war, had the bonus army incident)

2. Hayes(the Compromise of 1877 in many ways was a successful version of what Trump tried to do with the 2020 election and it had disastrous consequences)

3. Trump(Without Jan 6th he wouldnt be here but Jan 6th made him worse than W)

This is ridiculous. Hayes would have clearly won absent the very real vote suppression of blacks in the South.

Trump, Nixon, and Hoover in that order from absolute worst to least worst.

Dishonorable mention to Harrison and Bush Sr.

Trump, Hoover, and then I'm torn whether Nixon or GWB should get the third spot.

Harding, Bush Jr., and Trump.

Hoover, Nixon, and Reagan are also obvious contenders.
