Closing corporate loopholes bill:
1. This bill will be cited as the Closing corporate loophole bill
2. For far too long large corporations and those who run them have paid less in income taxes than our hardworking nurses. I wish to put an end to this and make sure that they pay their fair share. This will include the following:
A. Banning corporations and wealthy citizens (defined as those who make $>250,000) from having offshore bank accounts
B. Requiring that any income in these accounts are reported to the Lincoln governor’s office
C. Ensuring that loans are paid on time and not written off.
3. This bill will take place effective immediately
