I'll be honest, I never expected to be living and registered in Lincoln. But ever since I moved here, I've felt welcome every day.

You all know there's a reason I'm speaking, and it's not because I like hearing my own voice. In fact I hate it. No, I'm speaking because....

I am running for Pyro's soon-to-be-vacant LGC seat!

I am elated to see another AFP member take office in the Senate, even if I was unable to secure my own seat. But as for me, I always want to serve the people, and I ask that the people of Lincoln let me serve them!

I have a record of being an active voice. I spoke out hard against some of the worst right-wing excesses of the past senate. I voted on every single bill last session, and I plan on keeping up that record in the LGC. I just need your support to get there.

Victory speech

Well, I know this was called some time ago, but at this point it's clear: we've won!

I'm glad that the people of lincoln have placed their trust in me, and I know I won't let you down! Already I've been a crucial voice against the sudden push to restrict access to reproductive health services, and I know that this is only the beginning of what I'll do in the LGC. I hope to earn your support again in the future!

I've just introduced the "Places to Live, Not Places to Park Act" in the LGC. This bill would help alleviate the housing affordability issue by restricting the use of parking minimums, except for cases where developments are in locations where public transportation doesn't exist within a mile, and one of the following: parking within one mile being inaccessible via sidewalks or similar means, or parking not existing within one mile. This should hopefully ensure that developments care more about places for people to live, rather than places to park. By doing so, we increase the supply of housing and thus decrease the price via basic supply and demand rules.

Though admittedly I have been busy lately (which is why I am not running for Senate), I do hope to continue my work in the LGC. With a vote coming up on my bill, and some other ideas I have floating around, I hope that we can work together for some common sense ideas to make the lives of the people of Lincoln better.

I'm running for re-election to the LGC, and not to the senate as some may have expected. I believe there is still work to be done in Lincoln, and I wish to see it done. Chief among these are the still needed urban and transportation related reforms that I am certain Sirius will champion as Governor, as well as protecting our citizens from bad and authoritarian culture war nonsense that I know our people do not want. Unfortunately the Senate has failed on the latter front, but I am sure we come together to find a way to help Lincolnites remain free of this.

My tenure in the LGC has been an active one, and serving as speaker this past term has been a great experience I hope to continue next term. Just this term, I introduced a third of the bills that have been debated in the General Court, all of which passed. We have given our people relief from wildfires while equipping our underprivileged and rural fire departments, we have updated our constitution to be more democratic, and we just today passed a bill that will make it so minor fees can be paid by giving back to the community through food bank donations, helping to keep them stocked for anyone who needs help.

My record over the past 5 months has been great, quite possibly my most productive and maybe even the proudest moments of my career so far have been in the LGC. We brought the GARRISON Act to Lincoln after YT tossed it and the disabled children of the South aside. We reacted swiftly and rationally to the Secession Crisis. We started a movement to ban fur farming, one which has seen bills banning the practice pass both in Lincoln and Fremont, the two regions with the most fur farms. We made it so greedy and evil companies can't use unwilling people's voices through AI generation to promote products. And we have of course created a new holiday for Lincoln, celebrating the fandom that many of our great legislators of recent times, such as Pyro, are part of.


I hope to continue this record in another term, and I hope I can earn your vote for 2 more months of this record in the LGC.
