Mark Warner elected President? I was a supporter of his potential candidacy, and obviously he wont be running next year. But it doesn't look like he has abandoned the idea of running for President someday. He had an impressive record as Governor of Virginia and it looks like he may run again in 2009.  Shoudl he run for President in 2012/2016, do you think he will go anywhere?

Could be the Dem front runner in 2016.  I think he has a good chance at landing the VP slot next year.

I think so.  He's still young and energetic and I do hope he runs again.

Obviously the odds of the answer to this being 'no' are far greater than the chances of this being 'yes.'

I really do think that he'll run in 2012 or 2016 since it is starting to look more likely that he'll run for Governor again in 2009.

I think that I will never see a poem lovely as a tree.

Beyond that, I have no opinion on the matter.

I don't know, but I can tell you that the Democrats lost any hope of gaining my support in 2008 when he stepped out.

He would make a decent vice president, and put himself in an even better position to run for President in 2012 or 2016.

Obviously the odds of the answer to this being 'no' are far greater than the chances of this being 'yes.'

But that almost always goes for every candidate.
