I checked the census and thumb21 is registered in the South in a place with the abbreviation WL. I assume this is related to the CMA that was repealed but I would humbly request Justice PiT to allow Mr. thumb21 be a juror if he registers in a Southern state. I trust his judgment and believe he would be an impartial member of this jury like the rest.

As Registrar General, Mr. thumb21 continues to interpret citizens in British territory as valid. Mr. thumb21 is registered in Wales, which the CMA designates to the South. Repeal passed the Senate but was never signed by the president. Therefore current law cannot be used to disenfranchise individuals who have already been in British territory.

Your Honor, I urge you to rule Mr. thumb21 a Southern citizen, as he's always been, for the purposes of this jury selection.

     For the purposes of this case, I recognize the Registrar General's office as legally dispositive of who is registered in the South. If Mr. YoungTexan wishes to challenge Mr. thumb21's grounds for identifying himself as a member of the South, he is welcome to file a separate suit with the Supreme Court of Atlasia to deal with the matter properly. Such an issue is too deep to thoroughly address in a criminal case where the defendant's right to a speedy trial must be respected.

Issuance of Pardon 001

Pursuant to the Constitution and Laws of the Southern Region, I, President Young Texan do hereby authorize a full and unconditional pardon to the 352 NPC Rioters that were arrested in the oh so realistic story from the GM Department.
