Indictment doesn't mean convicted why didn't Mueller indict Don Jr due to Trump pardon power we all know Trump is trying to he Prez or get DeSantis to be Prez to get a Pardon and Biden can only he impeached with aj R 5 seat majority in the H.

It doesn't mean criminal until you are proven guilty in a Crt of Law which won't happen in runup to 24, anyways, if Biden has to leave office either before 24 or after Kamala is the heir Apparent anyways and MI, WI and PA are too D friendly

The average from looking at 538 polls is about even in the popular vote, maybe Trump with a slight (<1) edge. Still a long ways to go.
