This bill should be fairly self-explanatory. Diversity training is a widely used and accepted method to reduce discrimination and prejudice in the workplace. Though not at all perfect, it is a useful tool to help combat racial, sexual, and gender-based discrimination. It is ultimately intended to bring people together through open communication regarding these sensitive issues. This legislation repeals a ban passed during the 9th LGC.
