A number of Romney-Clinton voters would fit that criteria but also someone who was off put by Trump would also qualify. I think around 1/4 of registered Dems or leaners are pro-life.

To be fair he deserves credit for knowing as much as he does about US politics especially since he's a teenager. I know close to nothing about Brazilian politics and I'm quite a bit older than he is.

I think we need to distinguish between a "soft pro-lifer", of which there are many people who would work for this question, and a "hard pro-lifer" (who are super passionate about the issue like the people at the March for Life).  Then, the question becomes harder, but the answer is probably still an older, socially conservative minority.  There also are a handful of very progressive pro-lifers who oppose it on social justice grounds and are otherwise very socially liberal, but they aren't that many in number.

Well he was pro-choice initially, early in his career, then flip flopped. Wouldn’t be surprised if he never really stopped being pro-choice deep down though.

That is a good point. Is there anything from him on abortion since 1993? I know though that he usually did not discuss national affairs after his Presidency.
