To fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Classic Liminal from the senate, as party chair I decide to appoint NewYorkExpress to be an at large member of the senate.

Just noting here for the future that we should probably make our primaries party-wide. We should change our bylaws for that next time. Only Pacific Paxites can vote in the primary.

Whenever it's in order, I will be moving to amend the bylaws to allow voters anywhere in the parent region to vote in a subregional primary.

I'll do that for the june convention, when we do a bigger "convention" in Bozeman, Montana. For now, i'll just handle the vote with the rules that are currently in the bylaws.
