2. The Attorney General is hereby authorized and requested to investigate the Judge Rotenberg Center in Massachusetts for the unlawful violation of constitutional rights.

3. This act shall take effect immediately.

There really isn't any proof that electroshock therapy works, and is very dangerous to the well being of the victim.

When I read the article I couldnt believe such terrible things were being done but there are just too many allegations for some not to be true. Thankfully they are the only monsters currently torturing people like this in real life, but a recent regulation to ban the therapy got struck down because congress had to be the one to ban it.
