When should the military draft be used?

Somewhere between Option 3/4. I think it'd literally need to be a Ukraine/Russia style scenario for me to support a draft.

I think we should just have mandatory service for 18 year olds, since the military would always then have enough soldiers, and since the military builds job experience, fighting experience,and discipline, it would be far better for the young people of this country than indoctrinating colleges. Of course, the military is currently too woke for anyone except lesbian anime girls, so I understand if people don't want to join, but in a normal time we all should serve. Regarding a draft, it should be then applied during wartime to 18-40 year olds.
