Would David McCormick have been able to defeat Fetterman?

Vice President Christian Man:
While I think he would've done better in the suburbs, Roe would've made it tough.

Utah Neolib:
Probably gets the margin down to about 2 points. McCormick is also a carpetbagger and could be framed as an elitist, he just has more money and probably didn’t conduct experiments on dogs.

kwabbit:
I think Fetterman still would've won. Having Mastriano losing by 15 points at the top of the ticket is a huge obstacle to overcome. It's hard to say if Toomey even would've won.

TML:
Are you talking about the Senate race? If so, wouldn't this thread belong in another subsection of the board instead of this one?

Progressive Pessimist:
I used to think he would win, but if everything else remained the same, I think he loses, albeit much more narrowly. He may lack of Oz's negatives in other regards but he still could have been painted as an out-of-touch carpet-bagger by Fetterman. Not to mention potential Shapiro coattails and the Dobbs decision's pertinence in the state this year.
