Is my fear an extreme exaggeration or valid?

I don't think you're being hyperbolic. This Court has gone rogue, and something must be done.

I'd say it's a legit fear and something everyone should keep a close eye on, but it's also important to not fall into the trap of "all is lost" and dissuading yourself and others from taking action when changes can still be made legally and effectively.

Bringing it up out of nowhere over and over again in the same threads is not the best posting habit, but you're within your rights to be afraid.

If I engaged in doomerism about my concerns  I'd be regularly infractted for Excessive Hyperbole.   Your left wing doomerism is well tolerated here, so have at it.
