I don't think you're being hyperbolic. This Court has gone rogue, and something must be done.

I'd say it's a legit fear and something everyone should keep a close eye on, but it's also important to not fall into the trap of "all is lost" and dissuading yourself and others from taking action when changes can still be made legally and effectively.
