I found this post of his...this was in a thread talking about Kanye West's chances in a Presidential run back when people were spewing some of the most f[inks]ing moronic and braindead takes I have ever seen on this forum.

He can't win.

He won't try.

He's nuts.

He's a jerk.

I can't believe this is being taken seriously by serious folks.

If he is nominated, he'll only carry DC, and even there, the Republican may get 30%.

Yeah he pretty much nailed it. Now granted that's not a difficult prediction to nail and basically every single place on the Internet (even TWITTER!) besides here got it right, but seriously...if you took Kanye even remotely serious you got clowned by Fuzzy Bear. Consider that.

He was a better poster way back when. He was and is completely right, but the idea of Kanye West as a Democrat as opposed to a Republican certainly hasn't been believable in a while.

If he is nominated, he'll only carry DC Wyoming, and even there, the Republican Democrat may get 30% 45%.

There is a pretty simple explanation that everyone I think has come to realize…

The last sentence wasn't true to be fair, but the rest is spot on, and the main issue with the last sentence is such a candidate would never win the Democratic nomination to begin with. And of course not a single person in that thread was able to come up with a plausible scenario that would result in Kanye running as a Democrat winning the nomination, just weird handwaves or "But blacks and Millennials" apparently all voting for him in bloc. Because we all know that black people just automatically flock to and vote for any black candidate running en masse without considering anything else (and that there's absolutely nothing racist about thinking that!) and that Millennial voters are all celebrity-obsessed weirdos who never vote for candidates based on their policies or special appeals to them (aka Bernie Sanders' support was fully based on his celebrity appeal or something) and that thinking this clearly doesn't make one an anti-social weirdo who rarely interacts with actual normal Millennials ever, right?

I’ve said it before (like yesterday or today) and I’ll say it again. For all of my disagreements with Fuzzy (and they are many), there’s some things that he has good takes on. Kinda like Antonin Scalia. 5% of the time, he makes an excellent point.

Why do you care about this so much that you dug up a 6 year old Fuzzy post?

I didn't "dig it up". I just noticed it browsing the old threads.
