Hahahahahaha!!!

https://www.politico.com/newsletters/west-wing-playbook/2022/11/29/the-left-to-biden-fiiinnnnnnnneeeee-00071217

We shouldn’t shrink. Somebody or a group of somebodies should have the courage to challenge this president if he decides to run again,” said former Ohio state senator and former congressional candidate NINA TURNER, who has hinted in the past that she may run against Biden.

“It’s necessary for the progressive left to give the American people a choice,” she said.

Asked if that person would be her in 2024, she declined to comment.

She won’t even get 1% but a few of the usual grifter suspects such as Cenk will pretend that she’s some big serious challenge to him.

If she runs im all in. She obviously won't win or do particularly well but her running gives the chance to win delegates and give progressives a seat at the table when it comes to the platform and the better she does the more Biden will have to appeal to the left. My support for organized Labor is one of my top issues because of my job and what he did with the rail workers this week was pretty unforgivable. I'll vote for Biden in the general but he's not entitled to my vote in the primary that's something he's gotta earn and he hasn't done that.

She won't break 10% in a single state.

I doubt she cracks 25% in a single county.

I like Nina Turner, but she has no chance and would only further divide the party. If Biden can run, he must.

At least Sam Bankman-Fried has run out of stolen money to use against her.

I'll probably vote for whoever the left's sacrificial lamb is in the primary (assuming there even is one of course).

It seems that every incumbent president has faced some sort of sacrificial lamb in a primary or in the general. It doesn’t mean it is necessary or even remotely successful

I'd be shocked if she breaks 1%.

I've had my frustrations with Biden, but even at my most pissed-off moments during the summer I would not have considered Nina Turner as even a remotely acceptable alternative. She is a deeply, deeply unserious person who would be better off being jettisoned from the party entirely.

I've recounted this anecdote before, but I feel like describing the exact moment I realized how unserious a person Nina Turner is. It was the night of the California Primary in 2016, and the state had just been called for Hillary, thus netting her enough delegates to secure the Democratic nomination. CNN was interviewing Turner and asked what the Sanders campaign would do in face of such insurmountable math.

Turner's response was "Well, Secretary Clinton may have the math, but Senator Sanders has the social studies"

And I just sat on my couch, blank stare on my face, muttering to myself "But math is how we decide elections. What the f*** are you even talking about?"

Trump did, Obama, Bush Jr, and Clinton didn't, Bush Sr did, Reagan didn't, Carter did, Ford did. It seems like a primary challenge usually means the president loses the general election. So I guess it depends on how credible Turner's challenge is, if it's on the level of Bill Weld 2020 or Ted Kennedy 1980.

Yawn. Nina is an unserious political candidate who will be lucky to break 5%.

Save the vitriol for Republicans - Biden will take care of her on his own.

Don’t worry, I’m sure she’ll have left by her own accord by the end of the decade - she’s still the politician who seems most likely to be courted by the Greens for their own nomination at some point in the 20s or 30s.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised to see her go the Tulsi Gabbard route at this point and shift hard right in the name of "populism"

Turner has a good political heart and is passionate, but she cannot win.

She should stay a commentator.

Ironically, the first time I heard of her was from Ed Schultz, God rest his soul.

What just happened with the rail workers is why id vote for Nina if she runs. Its a matter of principle. one paid sick day for rail workers is horrific. Biden knew their was no real justification for sending it to congress too.

She's welcome to run against Biden if she wants, it won't effect Biden in the slightest
