Where does his base of support come from? I don't know all of Brazilian politics, but I know that Afro-Brazilians are big Lula supporters and Caucasian Brazilians lean Bolsonaro....why?

Who are his biggest supporters? Big business? Trade workers? Police?

I know he served in the Brazilian military....

Well you left out one obvious and very important source of support there - Evangelicals.

A lot of evangelicals support Bolsonaro. Until a few short years ago, I admit that I didn't even know this was such a powerful force in Brazil.
