This strengthens the Regional Anti-Affirmative Action statute. Currently, it only applies if admissions are solely based on race which seems like an impossibility. This version prohibits any funded university that uses quotas or other criteria based on race, or assigns admissions priority based on race. We should have a color-blind society.

This also lowers and clarifies the fine and scope of the legislation, and eliminates provisions where a university could exempt themselves from the law by claiming they are "private" (even if they took federal funding) or by pointing to a representation goal.
