IIRC, it was Biden and I believe he won the youngest of white millennials too.

It was Biden for Gen Z although I believe gender gap larger for younger than older voters so my guess is Trump won white males amongst all ages, but amongst white females, tipping point probably around 40 or maybe as high as 45 with Trump winning above that age, Biden below.

For young whites (a mix of millennials and Gen Z), it depends on which exit poll you trust.

Traditional Exit Poll (Whites 18-29): Trump +9
FOX Voter Analysis (Whites 18-29): Biden +7

It is what their pollster said who they hired and looking at exit polls vs. precinct data, I am inclined to think Fox News poll closer.  I believe amongst 18-29, gender gap is a lot bigger than most age groups so pretty sure Trump won white males 18-29, but Biden white females 18-29, just a question of by how much.

Assuming Gen Z means people born 1997 onwards (Ages 18 to 23)

Cooperative Election Study:

56.4% Biden, 38.1% Trump, 5.6% Other

Male - 52.9% Biden, 38.7% Trump, 8.3% Other
Female - 60.2% Biden, 37.3% Trump, 2.5% Other

The Fox/AP VoteCast data seemed intuitively far more accurate than the Edison exit poll in 2020.
