Socially and personally isolated (few to no real-life friends, minimal concern for/interaction with family members, obviously not involved with other social, charitable, religious or organizational groups for connection), lower income, heavier than the median American (due to the lack of interactions & therefore lack of literal mobility), and lives in the broader area in which they were born.

This group isn't particularly rare or uncommon. Minus the partisan qualifier, I'd argue that Republicans probably are getting almost as many votes from this demographic as Democrats, if not tied or even lean R; I doubt it's more than 55-45 in favor of Democrats at minimum.
