I side with the best needs of all who inhabit the land of Palestine through a unitary, democratic state.

I support the sovereignty of Palestine and oppose the human rights abuses perpetrated by Israel and the IDF.

The margin here surprises me. I would have expected a roughly 55-4 or 60-40 margin for Isreal over Palestine.

Mr. X and Ray Goldfield are rather quiet this time.

Support for Israel is non-negotiable.

Israel is more sympathetic than Palestine if it's a simple binary, their actions have been more justified and humane. However, neither side should get everything they want at the expense of the other, there should be respect for the rights of both peoples and I believe that is only possible with a two-state solution, and Israeli governments have also made plenty of choices that have obstructed that.

Israel. It's a shame they can't simply tear down the abomination on the mount and build the Third Temple.

I don't think that one national identity is more legitimate or valuable than the other, no.

The fact that this is how the issue has been framed for the past 20-30 years goes a long way to explaining why it's increasingly f**ked beyond repair.

Filastin unquestionably. And Al-Aqsa will remain standing there whether certain types of people like it or not.

Very cool to see my post wishing for the exact thing religious Jews pray for 3 times a day was deleted for "hatefulness".

Palestine, but I'm sick of the issue and the fixation on this part of the world. If we didn't dump so much money into Israel I'd care even less.

If I'm talking to edgy western leftists\Muslim fundamentalists who think a bunch of refugees from the holocaust and pogroms were "colonialists" and should've simply stayed minorities where they were genocided: Israel
If I'm talking to right wingers who think a military occupation of millions of civilians with no hope for civil rights is ok: Palestine

The US is a recent invention. Glad we're agreed that it isn't a legitimate country either.

Israel, unequivocally -the Palestinians lost my sympathy forever when they launched the Second Intifada after the collapse of negotiations at the 2000 Camp David Summit due to Yasser Arafat's refusal to accept Ehud Barak's peace terms.
