Assuming Clinton’s campaign is OTL. Romney is already a registered UT voter in 2014 after moving there.

Who’d win?

Is Romney the incumbent (with 2012 going differently) or not?

In the former scenario:

Pres. Mitt Romney (R-MA) / VP Paul Ryan (R-WI) — 300 EV, 48.7% PV
Fmr. Sec. of State Hillary Clinton (D-NY) / Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) — 238 EV, 48.3% PV

In the latter scenario:

Fmr. Sec. of State Hillary Clinton (D-NY) / Gov. John Hickenlooper (D-CO) — 308 EV, 48.4% PV
Fmr. Gov. Mitt Romney (R-MA) / Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) — 230 EV, 47.1% PV

Romney is not incumbent in 2016.
