I say Weiner probably beats Kelly 51%-47%, with Kelly only carrying Staten Island. Weiner wins Queens, his home borough by 5 points, what makes the race closer.

8 years of Bloomberg would lead to disillusionment with Wall Street types, and Kelly being seen as the elite's elite (policing is seen as elitism/corporatism) causes him to lose...

If Weiner was exposed, NYC Democrats would balk. Kelly as mayor would lead to a lot of anger in minority areas as well.
