While our politicians dither and complain about Count Dooku, we are overlooking that Dooku is not interested in negotiations, he only wishes to bring our Republic to its knees.

Our Galactic Army is weak, and incapable of bringing the fight to him, without a massive buildup that we simply cannot do.

I call on the Jedi to do the job we have asked them to do for generations, and save the Republic once more.

The Rim Faction will be exercising a three line whip against emergency powers for Chancellor Palpatine and suspending the Chancery election.

We hold him responsible for the bombing on Mandalore.

I have decided to stand down from the leadership of my faction in the Galactic Senate by the end of the year. I will offer no endorsement as to my successor, and will devote my remaining time as faction leader to holding both Chancellor Palpatine and Count Dooku responsible for the events on New Mandalore.

Their saber-rattling has led to the bombing last year, and I will continue to hold both responsible for the rest of my time in the Senate.
