Cook has shifted this race to a tossup

Okay cool, watch how he still wins with a margin similar to Fetterman 2 years ago, perhaps even D+7

Underrated chance Casey is the next Bill Nelson. You can tell that he thought he could just cruise to another easy win, but McCormick has kept the heat on him and it's starting to break him. Have you ever seen Bob Casey of all people get mad before?

I still think he will win, but if we start seeing Harris-McCormick voters in the suburbs like we saw with Clinton-Toomey then I could see this one go down to the wire.

Bill Nelson could barely speak straight in 2018. Casey is still able to campaign and getting indignant about the media misleading people is good politics.

Imagine being this out of touch with the PA suburbs.

Imagine paying $35/month to have Cook tell you PA is a tossup.

Lean D, and closer to likely than tossup.

So, suddenly lies reported in the Washington Post matter to Republicans?

By the way, no, this is not a tossup. My prediction is still lean D with Casey winning by six.

The exclamation point in the Tweet, to say nothing of calling it a "temper tantrum," is pushing it. This is the most mild-mannered, Midwestern "getting mad" I've ever seen.

I don't think Casey is even capable of extreme emotions.

Casey and Cruz doing all they can to sleepwalk to a loss.

Might be the highlight of the night if they did.. Casey forever coasting on his family name and well, Cruz is Cruz.

I'd be fine trading Cruz for McCormick

This race is still Lean D and there seems like a lot of willing something into existence going on here. For every poll that has Casey matching Harris, there's another with him doing half a dozen points better than her. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle. Casey's probably fine unless Trump is winning Pennsylvania by more than 1-2.

That makes Casey look better. The WaPo is evil, the guy who runs it is evil, and they are a crypto Trump organization. They purposely focus on the stuff that makes him look cool to the normies (while upsetting the chattering class) yet they ignore his elitism and real crimes. Look at how Bezos reacted to the assassination attempt. He couldn't contain his devotion to Don.

More Dems need to call out the enemy of the people media.

The craziest result is Hovde, Rogers, and McCormick all win but Brown manages to hold onto Ohio.

Id likewise be amenable to such a double-flip.

McCormick is only leading by 13 in Carbon County according to the last Muhlenberg poll.

McCormick is similar in viewpoint I think to Ron Johnson. Johnson, for all his insanity and Trumpish ways, also has voted for every trade deal ever and openly talks of cutting Social Security and Medicare.

I feel further vindicated in the combo thread I made for preferring Fetterman to lose to Oz if PA was always to be split.

The "real leaders take responsibility" thing is a f***ing joke for Republicans in the Trump era.
