Herschel Walker is not the only right wing athlete who can be successful in the 21st century....
What about Alexi Lalas, right wing former U.S. soccer player, known for his anti-Black Lives Matter rants, or John Tortorella, perennial hockey coach who has also made anti-Black Lives Matter comments in the past?
I know Republicans have been pushing for Goose Gossage, Tony La Russa, George Brett, Steve Young, John Elway and Curt Schilling to run for office numerous times but they did not seem interested.
Do you see any potential here?
