BTW, have you been following the developments in the Compean/Ramos case?
It turns out that every one of the assertions of the government has been proven to be false!
The amnesty deal that Bush is pushing has a provision in it which prohibits anyone other than the feds from enforcing laws against illegal aliens.
I maintain that the entire case was a frameup to intimidate Border Patrol agents.
Bush should be impeached, tried, convicted, removed from office and then prosecuted for violation of the civil rights of Compean and Ramos, and then put in a prison with the general population where he can really get to know the "good-hearted people" (Mexican drug runners, etc.) he has been promoting and protecting.
