with just seconds to the end,Wales prefers to have a lineout instead than have an easy kick that would have given them a draw...

That's because the referee told Wales that there was time for another play, but blew the whistle as soon as Wales began to re-start the game.

White is either incompetent or corrupt. Either way he should never referee again.

They could have drawn but instead went for the big target,and lost.Fair enough for me.

Except for the fact that they had been given misleading information by the referee; something that is completely unacceptable in a game in which trust between the two teams and the referee is essential.
I'd say the same if things had gone the other way.
