I feel like a lot of people are unhappy with how things are going; Supreme Court decisions, gas prices, and the war in Ukraine among other things. A lot of unhappy democrats and angry republicans, and that might be enough for someone to beat Joe in a midterm election, but January 6 is still fresh in the public's mind. A lot of people would turn out just to keep Trump from office.
