Likely D. Trump’s personality cult will not transfer very well to his chosen successor, whether it’s his VP or someone like DeSantis.

Lean D. If there's anyone that can cost the GOP an election, even in good economic times as we saw in 2018, it's Donald Trump. 2028 after a Biden win or a non Trump Republican win is lean R.

Likely D, and if Biden or another Democrat wins in 2024, likely R. I think 2024 is likely to be a poisoned chalice election

Well, the second part to that is N/A, bc no Republican is winning 2024. 2022 turned out to be a red trickle, despite ALL the fundamentals giving them a tailwind. Stick a fork in them nationally.

2028 is Likely D, but any presidential election will always be likely D until the Republicans find a way to compete with Dems on the mail in/GOTV, they're on the road to nowhere.

Will there be meaningful elections? Will the Democrats be outlawed or relegated to some power-sharing arrangement  that ensures irrelevance except in local elections in giant cities?  Will Trump have effectively purged the GOP until it consists exclusively of sycophantic loyalists?

Lean or Likely D.

I voted Lean, because the GOP may serious push back to make voting harder or outright steal some states.
