This one is over

Beasley put up a much better fight than I thought

Dems have a high floor in NC because black voters don’t vote based on “fundamentals”, they are like Arab voters in Israel: automatic vote for one party

And that's really a sad thing. It's one of the reasons why republicans don't give a s**t about black voters. Hopefully, there comes a day where the black vote is at least more competitive (like 70-30 instead of 90-10).

Sadly, Budd looks set for a win here.
Maybe Beasley could win. I wouldn't count on it.

Talk about backwards thinkings... Shouldn't it be the other way around? Why would people vote for a party that you admit doesn't give a s**t about them? Just curious.

I look at NC much like Florida. It may elect a Democratic governor, but otherwise, the Republicans have the advantage here. Budd will win by 5-6 points tomorrow.
