Yes. If GA-Sen decides control of Senate, I think he could win a runoff. Otherwise, I think he is toast.

Trying to game out a potential runoff at this point is a fool's errand.  If trends continue, the economic situation will be worse in early December than it is now (which will be bad for Dems.)
