Not quite in the bag but I'd imagine it favours him now. I think turnout will be lower than expected, we'll see a non negligible amount of Shapiro/Blank voters more than Shapiro/Oz.
I disagree with the turnout thing, if anything PA is exactly the type of place that seems likely to have higher turnout by nature of being a swing state and also because of Mastriano causing so much drama. The states I’m worried about having lower turnout are places like NV or AZ.
Also just generally more northern whiter states are generally higher turnout and see less dropoffs in midterms.
When I say high turnout, I mean for a midterm.
