Is this the lowest energy election since the reset?

Not even 9 House candidates, no tickets have split up, no threats of litigation and no arguments on the election board.

Vas happened?

I think everyone's focused on IRL at the moment and Cao has been a pretty inoffensive president. Also, makes sense that after the chaos of April and May that we have a cooling off period.

It certainly puts every "is Atlasia dying" doomer post from much higher energy periods in perspective.

That's the deal with October. Even October 2018 was boring until the results came in.

You might call it an October lack of surprise.

Even the results are unsurprising, it is a low energy election.

IDK, Sev winning by one vote or the Lincoln result don't seem "unsurprising" to me.

Blairite got a share of first preferences so large it had not happened in an at-large congressional election (by my count) in almost five years, that is notable in its own way.

Since Illiniwek in 2017, yeah.

Which in raw vote terms is still smaller than two I've gotten in the past (at the peak of the YT electorate)! Something something degrowth.
