Pursuant to my
"The OFFICIALLY most boring day of the 20th century worldwide" topic, I'd like to evaluate which day of the 21st century could have been the most boring day so far.
I'd also like to propose including the year 2000 in this century. I'm aware that not everybody is fond of doing this owing to the non-existing year zero, but for reasons of clarity and comprehensibility and for the force of habit, we ought to do it.
I think we can all agree to the fact that it must have been a day prior to 9/11, can't we?
