A followup to my alt. history Youngkin vs. McAuliffe map. In this scenario Trump declines to run and endorses Cruz.



The only states I'm not confident on are Wisconsin and North Carolina, although I assume he'd try to pander to WWC voters and pick a Midwest friendly running mate such as a Scott Walker or Joni Ernst type that would allow him to carry Wisconsin, although his brand of conservatism would be too toxic to pickup Michigan and Pennsylvania.
