If we're going based on beliefs alone, the Raëlists or Nation of Islam take it hands down. The Dr. Yakub stuff is hilarious and serves as a source of inspiration and courage in my personal life.

However in practices it's gotta be the Scientologists. Bizarre how they've been able to continue doing it for so long.
A big headed scientist using eugenics on a Greek Island thousands of years ago makes no sense. It also is nothing like what most Muslims believe.

The Nation of Islam is so unlike mainstream Islam that the name itself is almost impossible to understand, yeah. They don't even believe in an afterlife. They're not even monotheistic.

Of the ones I recognize, I'd say Nation of Islam, though Scientology is close behind.  Christian Science is really weird too.

As someone who grew up Adventist, I can tell you that some of their teachings are weird to other Christians, but I'm not sure I'd call it weird overall.  In many ways, they're almost Jehovah's Witnesses Lite.

Are the actual services of NoI or Scientology—for all the parables and scifi babble—really that distinguishable from conservative forms of American religious phenomena in—say—certain charismatic circles with all the glitz and glam of the norm of televangelists?

I voted scientology for obvious reasons but....Falun Gong is so, so, so weird too. I mean the fact that Shen Yun operates without most people knowing it's being run in support of a religious cult is amazing. Their members are not supposed to engage in political or social issues and yet the cult founded the far-right anti-vax conspiracy-theory-pedaling Epoch Times.
