Conservative county that voted for Blair.

Brunswick County NC in Italy

Pre-WWII
1921: Democratic Liberals (Inferred with the law of substractions, doesn't have industrial areas, so no Socialists. No mining areas so no People's Party, No big farms with pseudo-oligarchic landowners so no National Bloc)

1924: National list (Because most Dem-Liberals joined them)

Post-WWII
1946: Christian Democrats but with the National Democrats as a close second place as a vestige of Pre-WWII politics with the third party being the Common Man's Front.

1953,1958,1963,1968,1972: Clear Christ-Dem victories with Liberals and the Social Movement fighting for a pyrrhic second place

1976,1979: Still clear Christ-Dem wins with the Social Movement as a marginal 2nd place but there's some visible Communist Party gains in the area sending them to a 3rd place.

1983,1987: Huge CD's losses but still in 1st place, no place movement below.

1992: First time the county is considered a swing district between Christ-Dems and Left-Democrats.

1994: Three-way fight between Forza Italia-National Alliance, Peoples' Party and Left-Democrats.

1996,2001.2006: Swinging between Berlusconi's Bloc and the Progressive Bloc.

2008: Clear progressive losses sending Forza Italia to a secure first place.

2013: Three way fight between the Centre-Right/Centre-Left and M5S

2018,2022: Marginal M5S victories with the Centre-right bloc 1 or 2% behind

Question here is if the best analog would be rural areas of former East Germany (deindustrializing, historically Protestant, historically strong labor movement) or Bavaria (rural, mountainous, relatively pro-welfare state, very culturally conservative).  I'm going with the latter and I'll say they would be extremely committed CSU voters.

Just pointing out that this person's county has been ignored (I'd respond, but I honestly have zero knowledge of German politics).

I suspect a place like Rhode Island would be fairly weak for the Greens, FDP, and AfD for reasons that I don't think need to be explained which leaves two options. Beyond that, it's hard to tell, though I will guess the SPD probably came first in 2021, at least, since that was a terrible election for the CDU. On a similar note 2009/2013/2017 were all very bad elections for the SPD, and I suspect the Union probably won Kent at least once in that span.

Dauphin County is not terribly Democratic, and I suspect would've voted Conservative in 2019 (obviously Harrisburg itself still voted Labour). I will also guess it voted Conservative in 2017 since 2017 Labour seats in the Midlands seem to have been limited to urban areas and also a few coal mining areas (and I doubt Harrisburg alone is going to outvote the rest of the county). It obviously voted Labour in the Blair years.
