Suppose Bruce Poliquin defeats Jared Golden in 2022. Soon after Angus King announces he won't run again, Golden announces he will run and wins the primary. For the Republicans, Liz Caruso who ran against Poliquin in the 2nd district primary in 2022 is nominated.

Who wins?
