Florida is trending Republican overall, but Duval County is trending Democratic. What is the reason for this?

Jacksonville looks a lot more like a mid-sized city in the rest of the South than like Orlando or Miami. Much less Latino (a demographic which swung right in 2020) and a lot more dominated by affluent white suburbanites. Shifts here are similar to swings we've seen in places like Wilmington, Hampton Roads, or Oklahoma City.
