My parents are both quite liberal, but I may be slightly more liberal on some cultural issues.

Of course we are more liberal than our parents there was very little inflation than it was before 2000, as soon as the Dot com burst, automation took over and if you didn't have a white collar job you were gonna be near or below the poverty line, 1500 bucks month is average salary for blue collar job, not 2500 which is what you need, unable to afford your bills, that's why it's been a Student Loan Crisis since they took Student loans out of Bankruptcy in 2005 because Student loans, Credit Cards and Payday loans are past due bills, unsecured debt, Secured debt is current bills like Food, Rent, Car notes and Utilities and Mortgages
There was government run housing called projects now you have to get your own Housing that's why inflation went up
