As far as enacted policy goes, 2009-2011; as far as average liberalism of each Senator, 2021-2023 takes the cake.

2009-2011.

Nothing has matched Dodd-Frank, at all.

2021-2023 with 2009-2011 at a close 2nd. June 2001-January 2003 (I don't know why it wasn't listed) was the least liberal Democratic Senate Majority of that era.

Wasn't it a 50-50 split with Cheney as the tiebreaker or am I thinking of January-June 2001?

None of the Left wing Majority got rid of the Filibuster and Clinton could of put Obamacare they Reconciliation like Obama did in 20o9 or ended the Legislative Filibuster and we wouldn't have had the Gingrich Contract

What theflyingmongoose said. Honorable mention to 2013-2015, which eliminated the filibuster on most nominees.

Still 2021-2023, the current one, over the 2009-2011 congress.

I guess any future Democratic or Republican majority will be the most left- or right-wing.
