I think he was generally evil or so, indeed identified problems with excessive capitalism, but his proposed "cures" were questionable all too often.

He perfected Secularism the same as Martin Luther during the Protestant Reformation and Pope and English Crown share in common inheritance in wealth but Crown as I have said often are the Whigs they don't have to be conservative because they aren't the Govt Parliamentary is but Whigs were doing exactly what Queen Victoria wanted whom both abolished slavery
