According to Statements by their respective Congressional Offices Rep. Young Kim and Rep. Mike Garcia will hold a Joint Campaign Kick-Off Event in San Francisco this weekend where both will talk about the border at length as well as the North Korea Nuclear Threat.
Political Operatives in California on both Sides have now acknowledged that the State's Open Governor Race and other Statewide Offices could be in play next year and they say the reason is "ALL OF THE ABOVE". When asked to clarify they cited "Low Approvals by the Governor, the Border Crisis and the Nuclear Threat and general unrest in Asia." which could all lead to a perfect storm to flip the State next year.

ABC LIVE NEWS ANCHOR LINSEY DAVIS: We have BREAKING NEWS and very disturbing News out Pyongyang. What are you seeing right now is the Presidential Palace in Pyongyang - a big fire, lots of smoke. Unclear right now if this CHINA (which I think is doubtful) or the North Korea Jihad Group. Reports are the Palace has been hit by 3 Cruise Missiles. It's also unclear if President Kim Jong-un was inside. As you are already know we have been reporting since last weekend that the North Korea Jihad Group is trying to get control of North Korea. It looks very much like things spiraling out of control very quickly in that Country.

NORTH KOREA MEDIA: SENIOR GOVTM STAFF KILLED IN ATTACK YESTERDAY; PRESIDENT KIM JONG-UN ALIVE BUT IN VERY CRITICAL CONDITION AND HAS BEEN FLOWN INTO A MEDICAL CENTER NEAR BEIJING, CHINA AT THE REQUEST OF PRESIDENT XI
Disturbing News out of North Korea this Morning have confirmed World Leaders worst fears. Senior Staff of the North Korean Government has been killed in the attack yesterday on the Presidential Palace. President Kim Jong-Un is still alive but in very critical conditions and has been flown to a Medical Center near Beijing, China at the request of China President Xi Jingping.

NORTH KOREA JIHAD CLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRESIDENTIAL PALACE ATTACK
A Spokesperson of the North Korea Jihad Group claimed Responsibility for the attack on the North Korea Presidential Palace Attack. "We gave President Kim an Ultimatum to leave the Country which he did not met". Our objectives are being met the Spokesperson said despite heavy bombardements.

CHINA INTELLIGENCE OFFICIALS: WE BELIEVE NORTH KOREA JIHAD HAS GAINED ACCESS TO ABOUT 85 % OF THE COUNTRIES MILLITARY ARSENAL
According to a Report by the Xinhua News Agency China Intelligence Officials believe that the North Korea Jihad Group has Access to about 85 % of the Countries Millitary arsenal. We wished that Western World Leaders had done something earlier. The Response came a little bit too late.
Intelligence Officals also say that there have been massive Sabotage Acts within the North Korean Millitary with many supporting the Jihad Group in exchange for Financial Beneficies. We believe Jihad has been financed out of the Arab World. It's still puzzling that they managed to go undetected for 15 years.

After meeting with State Department & Intelligence Officials Homeland Security Secretary CARLOS GIMENEZ announced that the United States of America will be put on Security Alert Level 3 for the next four to six weeks which means increased surveillance on Airports, Ports and Border Checkpoints.
This follows a similar procedure what happened after the 9/11 Attacks in September 2001.

With the NK Govtm almost non-existent Jihad is probably likely going to get control over Pongyang for a short term until US, Chinese and South Korean Troops arrive.

After a 30-year Career in Politics Democratic Senator Jeanne Shaheen announced her Retirement this Morning in Manchester, New Hampshire. Shaheen was elected as Governor of New Hampshire in 1996 and was briefly considered as a potential Vice Presidential Running Mate for then Vice President Al Gore after winning Re-Election as Governor in 1998. Shaheen lost to Congressman John E. Sununu in 2002 in the aftermath of the 9/11 Attacks, where Republicans made gains in the House & Senate.
Shaheen then beat Senator Sununu in the 2008 Obama landslide and got subsequently reelected in 2014 and 2020.
Shaheens Retirement marks the first Official Senate Retirement of the 2026 Election Cycle.
New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu is widely expected to enter the Race giving Republicans a Prime Pick Up Opportunity in the Upper Chamber.
As for the Democrats one name that is being floated is the Senators' Daughter Stefany Shaheen. During the Roundtable on „MEET THE PRESS“ former White House Press Secretary in the Biden Administration Jen Psaki and Rich Lowry, Editor of the National Review sparred over the Retirement of Senator Mark Warner in Virginia and the Commonwealths Politics.
Chuck Todd: So to you both. What is happening in the Commonwealth of Virginia in the last few years? That State was kind of lightish blue during the Obama & Trump Administrations and now is has become purple again.
Rich Lowry: Republicans have finally figured out how to appeal to Minorities in the State especially the growing Hispanic Vote in Northern Virginia. President DeSantis & Jill Vogel posted Numbers for example in Prince William County we hadn't see since the Bush Years. As for Senator Warners Retirement I still would rate that Race as Toss Up/Tilt Democratic because Scott Taylor is not a particular strong Candidate and neither is Elaine Luria if they both run. However I expect whoever loses the Democratic Nomination for Governor this year, either Jennifer Wexton or Donald McEachin running to succeed Warner and I am a bit sceptical Scott Taylor has the same appeal Jill Vogel had last year as he doesn't have the Youngkin Connection she had.
Jen Psaki: I agree with Rich, Republicans appealing more to Minorities in Virginia but also Candidate Quality matters a lot in that State Chuck. If you look at former Governor Youngkin in 2021, Winsome Sears, Jason Miyares, Jen Kiggans, Jill Vogel, etc. that's about a good a slate of Candidates as you can get. Take for example Hung Cao: He came within 6 Points in the heavily Virginia-10 last year and has now being appointed Lieutenant Governor + running on a Ticket with Sears and Miyares this year. That is pretty strong. Virginia is going to be tough this year given the slate of Candidates Republicans are running.
