This is a highly, highly speculative topic... but assuming Teddy Roosevelt was elected to a 2nd full non-consecutive term, how do you think 1924 could have gone? In the months prior to his death in 1919, he was seen as GOP frontrunner and may very well have won 1920 very easily.
It's almost insane to imagine TR running for reelection again, 20 years after his first reelection campaign. He was would have been only 66 in 1924.
