From what I can see, it was Canyon, ID, which has a population of 230K and is located west of Boise. Is there a more populous one anywhere in the country?
Btw, the most populous county where Biden won every precinct was New York, NY (Manhattan).
There aren't any bigger ones in exurban Texas?
No.
The Trump counties in Texas that are more populous (Collin, Denton, Montgomery, Brazoria, Bell, Galveston, Nueces, Lubbock, McLennan, Jefferson, Smith, Brazos) all have Biden precincts, although Montgomery only seems to have one. Same with Florida (Lee, Polk, Brevard, Pasco, Volusia, Sarasota, Manatee, Lake, Collier, Marion, St. Lucie, Escambia, St. John's).
Biden also won a couple precincts each in Utah and Davis Counties, although Romney likely swept those two.
This is all going by the NYT map.
