Why didn’t Biden run against “kids in cages”? Why didn’t Trump run against “Mexico sending their rapists”? Why didn’t Trump attack Biden for voting for NAFTA and the WTO or for writing gun laws?

I was asking why Trump didn’t talk about guns, not why Biden didn’t talk about guns.
