#3 is a straight-up falsehood. People are likelier to vote if they feel like elections are being stolen from their candidates.
I agree that suspicions of voter fraud against their candidates may drive people to the polls to run up the numbers, but 2020-21 was a different beast. Trump's cronies (Lin Wood and Sidney Powell, namely) were literally telling Georgia Republicans that voting was pointless since the system was so rigged, and there were plenty of Trump supporters in GA who straight-up said they weren't voting in the runoff.
