One big difference: Romney has actually won multiple, statewide elections over the course of his political career,  something it seems increasingly unlikely Oz will do.

Romney has voted twice to convict Trump on impeachment charges. Does anyone here think Oz might do that?

How do you define "multiple"? Romney lost his first electoral bid -- the 1994 US Senate race in Massachusetts against Ted Kennedy. Then eight years later, he won a gubernatorial race in Massachusetts. Then ten years after that, he won 24 states in the presidential election of 2012 -- is that what you mean by "multiple"? Then six years later he won the Senate race in Utah. Not counting his presidential race, he's only won two elections.

Errr....I define multiple as more than one, as I thought everyone did.
