I'm not gonna see my legacy trashed with this bill. It's not the government's business how much marijuana you grow or don't grow end of story.

It could pose a safety and health risk for neighbors living next to a citizen who has an overgrown swath of a marijuana garden that can easily pour over into someone else's backyard. Not to mention the fire hazard it poses that becomes detrimental to the surrounding environment.
Then you should deal with it the same way as if a neighbor's tree is dropping pinecones into your yard or has an out-of-control blackberry bush. No need for the feds to jump in here.

And, if I'm reading this act right, this would not only allow regulation of marijuana plant quantity but also the amount of finished product you own? So this goes a lot further than just limiting overgrown patches of plants.
