He would essentially have to become a different human being. Trump's entire political persona is that he's a loose-cannon with a populist streak who wants to see the system burn. Most college educated people understand how the government works to some extent and see this nonsense for what it is. They also tend to have more liberal views on social issues, and if anything Trump has moved significantly to the right on those since 2016.

He can't. Trump has been in the spotlight now for 7 years. Voters either love him or they hate him. He isn't going to magically improve with a specific demographic at this stage.

Not run and endorse DeSantis. Or lose to DeSantis in the primary.

Realistically, there's nothing he can do.
Hypothetically, if Donald Trump can truly GET SMART (with apologies to Mel Brooks and Don Adams), then that could improve his appeal to college educated voters.
But given his genuine intelligence level and his age, there's no way he's going to get as smart as he claims he is. College educated people can easily see that he actually is far less smart than he claims to be.

Maybe more of them will convert to Catholicism as adults. Seems to be a trendy move these days (lol)

He can't make gains with college-educated voters without sacrificing support from non-college voters. They things that college-educated white people despise about him are the very same things that non-college whites love about him.

Like EJ24 said, he would have to become a different person. Trumpism is inherently unappealing to these people.

Only if he wins the nomination and chooses a running mate who's friendly with college-educated voters but doing so would alienate his base.

Agree with both of these posts.

He dies from a heart attack the week before the election and gets some sympathy vote. Pretty much the only scenario I could think of barring an AOC/equivalent opponent. The moderates will be “disappointed” by Democrats dancing on his grave and vote for Trump posthumously in some protest.

Talk about how he pushed to get a vaccine before Fauci thought was possible.
